Silvana knew I was in the market for a fixer upper. She scouts the market every day and brought me several deals with potential to make money on my investment. It was impressive that she knew several of the agents we worked with and was able to gage the level of flexibility in sale price. Ultimately, she found me a home that I purchase over $100k below market value. It was a seamless process where she was onsite at the home during inspections, getting estimates so I would get the best deal, and was overall extremely knowledgeable about real estate and processes.
